When you reserve a three-night minimum stay directly with the resort, you can take advantage of their complimentary in-house transportation service, Seasons Transfers.

How to set up your transportation:

At least 1 week before your arrival, contact Seasons Transfers by phone or email (contact info below).

When you reach out, they will ask for the following:

Your hotel reservation number

Your flight information (airline, flight number, and times)

Once you contact Seasons Transfers, they will confirm your pickup and send you the instructions for when you land in Cancún.

Please remember that transportation is not automatically arranged, so it’s very important that you contact Seasons Transfers directly to book your transportation in advance.

FREE SERVICE
Seasons Transfers is the resort’s official in-house transportation company and is included with your stay of three nights or more under our wedding group.
This complimentary service will take care of your round-trip transportation, picking you up from the airport when you arrive and taking you back when it’s time to head home.
HOW TO BOOK
Please note that each party is responsible for booking their own airport transfers directly with Seasons Transfers at least one week before arrival, by phone or email.
